Hi Everyone,
As you know, we have been working hard on the Housing and Health Collective (HHC) since its launch back in May this year.
One of our core principles as a collective is to Learn; “We commit to building a supportive learning environment to enable partners to grow and learn, whilst sharing our learning with others who can grow from our approach…”
To drive our learning agenda forward, we have created a programme of webinars which will be delivered by members of the HHC who are experts in their field. They will deliver some great learning around the changing world of the NHS, health and also highlight some opportunities for housing as a sector. Information on the first one is below.
Join us – Pop your headphones in – Listen while you work
20th November 9:00 – 10:00
Launched as part of the NHS Long Term Plan, Primary Care Networks are the building blocks of the NHS, covering populations of between 30,000 – 50,000 people. Community-based, they are important structures for social landlords to understand and engage with. This webinar will explore how they are being developed, what they are seeking to achieve, who is involved and how you can begin to develop your relationships with these new structures in the NHS.
Join Alison Westmacott, Director of Primary Care of NHS South, Central and West CSU to explore how Primary Care Networks are emerging and the opportunities there could be for the Housing sector.
This is open to all members of the HHC and their colleagues and can be accessed from your computer.
Log in details will be posted on the HHC forum prior to the webinar but in the meantime, please email Will Howard at HACT to register your interest – william.howard@hact.org.uk
Please do pass across your teams and networks.
Thanks,
Cam
